Is Native the least newbie friendly?

Hi everyone,

I like the idea of native ads as the blog style advertorials seem kinda fun.

That said, I'm having troubles getting started the RevContent traffic source. I have some money to spend on testing, but I don't think it's what they really want. I'm down to spend $3K to test out, but I've read about people needing WAY more than that on native traffic sources.

To sum up: Is Native ads an okay place with a relatively small budget? Are they better traffic sources to start off where one can get data without breaking the bank?

Not really unless you get lucky with a winning campaign right off the bat.

Mobile would be best for this.

Nothing is newbie friendly, if you're going to learn, starting with a BIG traffic source has a better upside.

You can get more data by testing out offers with smaller payouts so people usually start with sweeps+pops. Don't expect to get ROI though.

Also, it's a lot easier to ROI with higher payout offers because a small fluctuation in CPC/CPM won't wipe out your ROI as easily.

RC is a good choice, ask your account manager for a blacklist to speed things up and go from there.

Learn how to cloak and get Adplexity Native.
