I have a business manager which I've used to create a pixel with lots of data. I am trying to share this pixel with another account, a personal ads account, to no avail. I've claimed the personal ads account into a business manager on the same profile to try to get the pixel attached, but I keep getting an error that says "1 ad account isn't being shown because it's owned by an individual instead of a business, so you can't assign your Facebook pixel to it." I have been able to share the pixel with the business manager, but when I try to utilize it and share it to the specific ads account, I just can't. Am I missing something or is this just not possible?

You need to find the ID of the Business Manager that owns that personal account, then share your pixel with that Business Manager - not with the ad account itself.
Right, I have the pixel shared into the business manager with no problem now, but it wont allow me to attach it to the ad account I've claimed in said business manager. So I have control over the personal side in this business manager, but it will not allow me to assign the pixel to it, and gives me the error from above when I try. I know someone else who is "converting" their personal accounts to business managers, and is able to share a master pixel from a main account to them afterwards, so I'm under the impression this should work. The only conclusions I can come to right now is that I'm not fully taking over the personal ads account in business manager and don't have full permissions to it, or I can only share pixels to accounts that STARTED as business managers, and cannot do anything with personal accounts. This will be an issue if so, so I'm hoping I'm just missing something.
Ultimately, I need to know how to share a pixel from a main, separate business manager, to a personal ads account that is already running, via converting it to a business manager, since you cannot share pixels to personal accounts.
Did you ever figure it out? I'm having the same issue.
