Dating is one of the ever-green niches, so yes, it can certainly be a good vertical for you. What dating are you looking to promote actually? Casual/adult or mainstream?

Crakrevenue is crap from my experience, they are aimed more at website owners than traffic buyers. Advidi will be a better pick, register at adsimilis and clickdealer straight away too - these 3 a pretty solid networks with plenty of dating offers so you will have a lot of offers for split testing.
Ero-advertising is a good pick for traffic source, also check out trafficjunky, trafficforce ... trafficfactory for desktop traffic. Also read this thread, there is a good list of traffic sources at the end of the first post :

300x250 has the most traffic, but that doesn't mean it's the best, there is nothing like "the best" in AM at all

It's a good idea to test several formats.
Mobile has more volume already, higher CTRs but lower CVR and lead quality. Mobile offers also pay less because of this. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but whichever you pick, you can make $ with it.

When starting out, it's always better to pick a tier2 or 3 GEO, the traffic will be cheaper and you will get more conversions. Both are needed for faster learning and lower startup costs.
Once you feel confident enough, you can venture out to GEOs like US - the volume is immense, but so is the competition.
If you really want to, you can also start directly in a GEO like US, UK - I did it that way actually but I found more profit in other GEOs.

Ah, so you mean the banner CTR
This depends on the spot you choose, the GEO and also on the traffic network, its not possible to tell you an accurate number.
But just for example, if you target tier1 GEOs (usa, uk ...) and pick a NTV spot on a source like exoclick, you should have about 0.15% CTR, so that means 1.5 clicks from 1000 impressions. This is a really rough number tho, so keep that in mind.

So why most of media buyers prefer cpm than the cpc? I know cpc cost for example 1,5-2x less money, so cpm with the ctr 0.15% it's the same choice, or I'm wrong? :/

Yes you are wrong, CPM is pretty much always better to use - it gives you the possibility to beat your competition with better creatives. In case a network offers both CPM and CPC bidding, they also prefer CPM buyers because they don't have to waste traffic on testing banners for CTR. I would need to go into more detail and I'm too tired for it today, but in case you are interested, I can explain it more to you tomorrow

You requested more info regarding CPM vs CPC via a PM, let me post the reply here so others can read it too.
First of all, you need to realize the traffic networks wants to make the most money possible. So if they are to server traffic on a CPC model, they need to make more money with it than they do with CPM. For them to achieve this, they need high CTR banners. To find out the CTR, they need to throw some testing impressions at the banners you submit and in case those banners are bad in terms of CTR, they just lost money, because they could make more by selling the impressions to someone via CPM.
To limit their loses, they will do this process slowly so they dont loose too much. OR they will use unsold impressions for this, which will naturally be of low quality. So by picking the CPC model, you are exposing your campaigns to a slow trickle of initial traffic that will most likely be low in quality too.
Second step - once the networks figures out which of your banners have the highest CTR, it will start pushing just those, or just one banner with the highest CTR. You will not get enough traffic to get the other banners tested, you will not be able to rotate them evenly. Another negative is that banners with lower CTR often convert better than banners with higher CTRs and the cpc system will not run those at all.
By using CPC when CPM is available, you are shooting yourself in the foot too, because if you can come up with high CTR banners, it will actually play against you - the same banner could get you cheaper traffic via the CPM model, simply because the CPM rate stays the same no matter what the CTR is.
These are the basic reasons
