I'm getting way lower CTR with go2mobi, specifically on the smaato exchange, so far I have it confirmed from one more affiliate that it's the same for them too. Anyone else seeing this? I want to figure out whether this is related to some general change on smaato maybe or if it's something specific to my campaigns.
I dont see much change on smaato exchnage. not that it matters- they are acquired by a Chinese company for 148M two weeks ago.
Am thinking there could be many variables. @Matuloo are you and the 'one more affiliate' promoting similar offers and targeting the same audience(s)? Using the same banner(s) over a certain period? How long have those been in rotation? Paused any at all for 'under-performance'? Have you done a creative refresh at all? Perhaps ad blindness playing a factor? Has the total impression amount(s) per banner been the same daily?

This was that kind of change that happened from one hour to another, without any change done on my end. I realize all the factors you mentioned could play a role, but this was a sudden change. I talked about it with my rep at go2mobi of course, so far we couldn't figure out the reason, so I wanted to check with the forum members to see if anyone has the same experience. To me it looks like some kind of change that went into effect on behalf of smaato.
