Quick question for those who got some experience with Bing and Double Click.
Does clicks' cost on Bing THROUGH Double click for search are expensive from publishing in Bing directly?

No, all else being equal, the click cost will be the same regardless of using a bid management tool to buy or buying with their self serve platform.
We don't use DS3 but if you use any bid management platform the clicks shouldn't be anymore expensive then just using self serve.
