How do advertisers check your LPs?
Do they manually spy or do they use programs like adplexity? And do they use mobile or desktop?
I'm kind of curious, for people who run aggressive, how exactly do you avoid the advertiser checking your LP without doing DMR (which greatly affects clickloss)? I do rel noreferrer tag on my code but that only works for CTA buttons, if you have aggressive scripts that cause the user to get redirected to the offer clicking anywhere on the LP you can't really use rel-noreferrer.

They use spytools like whatrunswhere.com or a lot of times they find your lander because some users start complaining, then they ask for the URL where they saw the ad, etc.

They check both manually and with automated tools - both mobile and desktop of course.
Part of the information is passed as the referrer which can lead them to the LP. And as Chris mentioned, sometimes they get complaints and reports from 3rd parties.
DMR doesn't have to cause major clickloss, I did a test with banners traffic myself - DMR had no effect at all. I assume it would be more of an issue with POPs, but don't have any data to prove or deny this.
What the big uncompliant affiliates are doing is employ cloaking solutions, that hide all the info and redirect reviewers to compliant pages with bigger or smaller % of success.
