Voluum won't let me see website IDs (5)

So I setup a campaign on adcash and ran a test (direct linked to my offer) and when i click on report then highlight campaign and click "zone", i dont see the specific website ids i want to see.. i'm trying to remove bot traffic.

any help?

You need to provide a few more details. Can you share the query string you are using, it's likely it isn't written in correctly?

So here is the campaign i want info / stats on..


I want specifically to know what zoneids I can blacklist (testing for bot traffic)


However when I click zone, it leads me to this page, I've tried clicking on drilldown report / other stuff but i can't seem to get zoneid information. I've checked other adcash campaigns i've done and it gives me the zones no problem. Whats going on here?

Like mobile_ad_monitor said...can you provide the query string you are using? Are you using the zone id token provided by the traffic source? Chances are that it isn't inputted correctly.

Or maybe you forgot to enable the token to be tracked by Voluum.
When you add a traffic source, you have to input a token name, token and display name and also check the box in the right so Voluum can track it.
