we need a Head of Advertisermanagement to manage the team that we already have and to grow it. Our holding Bootecmarketing (160 employees in 9 countries) is mostly known for our adult mobile brand Brokerbabe.com. Currently we are launching our new mainstream brother Glize.com. The candidate would be in charge for both brands. Lets follow with a proper description:
The Job is in Bucharest/Romania. High level profiles can be also work remote (should be not be away more then 5 hours from CET).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Leading the Advertiser team
· Managing of high revenue advertisers
· Finding new high potential advertisers
· Training and growing of the advertiser team
· Reporting of the advertisers results to management
· Daily feedback to the Routing, Affiliate and Mediabuying team about developments
Requirements:
· Deep understanding of the mobile world
· Fluent in English
· At least 2 years of experience in mobile advertiser management
· Prefered first teamleading experience
· Outstanding network in the mobile biz
· Outgoing
· Great communications skills
· Flexible, can work well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
· Analytical, data driven, decision-maker
