Hi,
I cancelled my subscription in the add/renew subscription and dashboard area ( I clearly remember pressing the cancel button). However I have billed again this month. I feel a number of other users have faced this issue looking at threads in the forum-> help and support -> refunds and subscription areas.
Also my next rebill again shows for next month and nowhere does it mention your subscription is cancelled.
I feel cheated like a number of other users. Can you please return $99 for this month and cancel my subscription asap?
I wonder why you guys make it so hard to cancel and want to keep squeeing money un-ethically
