Choosing Traffic Source. Pops/Redirects VS Facebook (8)
Hi,
I need recommendation about choose traffic source, because I will select one of them and I will not change until make it profitable. I have 2 on mind and there are the followings:
-Facebook Ads: I have some experience running here (not affiliate offers, I did this in my daily job) with lead generation offers with led magnet, I know how to setup campaigns, not an expert but know the platform. One day conquered 2000 leads with 100$ so not to bad I think... ^^
-Pop Ads / Redirects: I have no experience here but I saw that is a good option to start with it. Maybe easiest to learn in comparison with FB?
Maybe I can learn fast Pop Ads / Redirects because the targeting is easiest than FB? Thats my doubt because I know that FB targeting is more complex than Pop Ads, right?
And for both what target you will select Mobile or Desktop to focus on?

I have no experience when it comes to pop/redirect traffic but just wanted to give you a heads up that if you want to promote non-compliant kind of stuff on Facebook Ads, you better start researching about farming ad accounts/cloaking.

What I love about pops is that you only have to worry about one creative--the landing page. As opposed to multiple creatives for Facebook (Ad image, ad copy, headline, landing page)
Are you stronger on the data side? Or the creative side?
Thanks jennatalia for you feedback, I am more creative person. And I love the targeting of FB, but I know that is more difficult for a newbie that pops, right? I want to be super secure, which one do you recommend for start? I worked with FB targeting and is so crazy all the target combos that you can do... thats because I am thinking on pops because targeting is easiest I think, but in other hand all that super-targeting that FB could be powerful than POPS... I don't know I am confused thats why I am asking
