First are you the developer or you are just the affiliate?if you are doing that as affiliate you can not keep your account last long (that's just my own experience),so not recommend to do that.If you still want to do that,you should contact with your manager to do that.In fact AM needs to contact with advertiser to do that,I am assuming you can do large volume..
If you are the developer,you can add it on a direct page when processing the download to fire your pixle.
You can't place a javascript pixel in a mobile app like you do it on web. Only the developer can report the installs using the Facebook sdk.
You can fire the pixel when people click the CTA from your landing page. That's the most you can do.
