Yahoo Gemini acc ban

After registering on yahoo gemini and uploading my first campaign (pretty straightforward 'before/after' angled ad units) that lead to a cloaked safe page, i received this:

We do appreciate your business and value you as a user and as a customer, but at this time this account will no longer be able to create ads in this Yahoo Gemini account.

Due to your account not being able to create or run new ads, we have submitted a request on your behalf to return any remaining funds to your original payment method and you should see this apply to that payment method in the next 2-3 business days.
Just banned me straight away.

So, are they as hard on banning as fb and google?

Any tips on how to approve them ads there and keeping an account alive would be highly appreciated.

read the terms and conditions, they do not like diet / skincare etc

if you run ads less aggressive you will be able to run though ( I did mainly Gemini search text ads on mobile, but was able to run on native as well using less aggressive images)
the less aggressive images you see on revcontent will work

Before and afters are pretty much frowned upon anywhere these days unless it's real and verified. Even then you'd be running your own offer most likely so you could communicate directly and be transparent with the traffic source.

Thanks, my rep (Marco) said that the only option is to create another account and upload softer ads
