Hi!

where are the conversions??

Voluum shows there are 5 conversions but only appears 3 in the landings... where are the other 2??

Hi,

Yesterday we had an issue with servers responsible for data summation, what caused data discrepancy between reports. The issue was fixed immediately and the data presentation should be now correct and consistent.
The issue had no influence on data handling, what you have seen was correct data but not up-to-date.
Our database team is investigating the reasons why it happened and will prepare means to prevent such situations from happening in the future.

This happens all the time with Voluum, not sure what causes it but I am seeing this over and over again. The most accurate seem to be the conversion report (Conversions in the TOP MENU), if you see the conversion there, its ok. The good thing is, this is usually the case for just a few minutes and it's not happening all the time. I got used to it by now, tho its annoying at times.
