Having some challengs getting things up and running and can't even get an email back from them.
Brutal at $100 USD a month.

Did you use the support plugin they have? I always get replies to all questions submitted this way. Sometimes within hours.
You can also try to post here on the forum, if it's some setup related issue, we might be able to help you.
Thanks for your speedy response. I have been using that plugin and I get an email that says we'll get back to you usually within 24 hours but I never hear anything? Weird.
I'm having set up issues...I'm really new at this and am having a bit of a time connecting the dots. I have used that quick start guide but must be missing something. On the main page my traffic sources are showing as well my offers but nothing under campaigns..even though I went through that set up twice?
Thoughts?

Advice if you would please Mr. Green & Matuloo. What would you do if you were a complete newbie that invested over 7,000.00 Canadian funds in a course to learn affiliate marketing but after 3 months couldn't even get enough support to get a single campaign launched? All you got was passed on from one person to the next? The tech support and AM doesn't answer your skype questions ( that are at a minimum nothing crazy just looking for quick answers to connect the dots) for weeks not days?
Thoughts?

Your questions are kinda chaotic, Im not sure what to answer. If you paid 7000 CAD for a course and didnt get what you was promised, ask for a refund and maybe try to learn AM on your own or find a reliable mentor...

Separate question...but I thought I would keep it in the same thread. Thanks for the reply...One of the reasons I bought the course was for mentorship ...and your advice is pretty much what I was thinking. The course has great content but the support to get a campaign launched is just not there. Where would you suggest I find a mentor? Have you heard of anything like this before or am I missing something...
Since I'm abviously not asking my questions the proper way...do you have any advice on that as well? Greatly appreciated.
