Lets say someone is buying fashion blog users database. Theres quite a few questions about it (Pricing and so on..).
Anyone had similar experience? And willing to answer few questions? Shoot me pm. Appreciate
Is it being sold to others? what price bracket? has the db been gathered legally? what information is stored about the users? buying patterns? browsing patterns? a lot of variables to consider.

When you say database, Its my assumption you are referring to email data, right?
Before buying any email database, I would first test it out. Pay the owner a correct CPM price and shoot a few of your top performing (email) offers on it. If you get good results (eCPM) and not too many complaints and unsubs, you can make an offer to buy it. Same counts for buying a website.
