Every single pop network, no matter adcash / propeller / selfadvertiser, you name it, has usually enough traffic especially on desktop for these kind of offers.

Be careful with gambling and adult in the UK, tough market and heavily regulated. Otherwise, pretty much good to go no matter it's tubes / streams / file sharing. Gambling is a bit of a different market than other niches, you have to be a bit lucky to catch a source/placement with the right demo, unless you try to convert the visitor by make money / fake angles.
