Hi Mates
This is my first post here and i am so happy to joined the forum and i hope to success here
please i need your help and advice and what i must do
i create new campaign and this is the second day and i stop it to optimization and see what can i do , if this campaign promising or not
Traffic source: startapp native banner i used 8 banners with direct link
i choose CPC Model , the minimum bid was 0.007 and the suggested bid was 0.008 i choose bid 0.009 $
the budget :50 $ for each day ..the total 100 $
the payout : 0.6$
the offer install app CPI shopping for android geo ks
the offer only available only in one network so i can not split test multiple offers
in the first day i was cut 4 app site id which cost me three times of payout with out any conversions is that true ??
and if i must cut also another app site id that converted but the profit minus three times of the payout ?
i know that Sweepstakes and email submit is suitable more than app install for newbie ..but i prefer and like these offers
i attached 4 pic for app site id from
app ID sites

and this for creative id

please give me some advices
First of all - thanks for starting this follow along!
Overall speaking, the offer definitely has promise! It converts. You're getting conversions. ROI isn't hopeless. Let's optimize this!
Looking at your placement data, 2 sites jump out at me - the one that made 6 leads doing close to 100% ROI, and the one that made 3 leads doing 200%+ ROI.
What's the win rate for those 2 placements? If they're big placements you can try whitelisting them and bidding higher to get more traffic later. But first, let's look at your creatives.
Your first creative is performing quite a lot better compared to the rest! -60% ROI isn't bad at all. Now I have some questions and suggestions:
-Those 8 banners - do they have the same angle? How different are they? What do you think makes that first banner perform better than the rest?
-I'd suggest cutting all banners that have made 3 leads or less - leaving 3 creatives to run. (Note: I used this tool here: https://www.peakconversion.com/2012/...al-calculator/. If you're not familiar with it please see here: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...Banners-Part-1).
-I'd also suggest to brainstorm additional angles and create more banners to throw into the test. If you don't have a strategy, here's a sample one:

Do keep us up to date on your progress! Thank you!

I am so SORRY for late vortex
Thank you very very much for your follow up and advices
about that 2 placement i can not know what the win rate , not show in startapp network i used it direct not via mdsp network ( if you mean that ).but i see not have enough traffic
i put all converted app id in white list to see that but in the third day i see the same roi
i cut bad banners also and try another ,, but with bad result ,,i see also the best banners go down last 2 days
i do not know why !!
before i used completely different banners with 2 angles
what i am trying to do today ..change all the banners and add 6 new banners also i will target only female
and keep all converted app id in white list and let the campaign for 1-2 day if not good i will pause it
Frankly ..i am still not familiar with cut banners , and i will read all your suggested posts
Thank you very much
Make sure to read this guide before thinking about new angles. You will be much more likely to hit profits if you understand those concepts.
