Hello guys, as you know as a newbie we dont know to much to start this business i manage to start promoting mobile offers etc my whole budget is 1000$ going to work with a friend but i dont know where to start i've read some thing here but i have some quick question and hopefully you guys cat answer me :
1) Best affiliate marketing network to work with actually i own an account on : Maxbounty, Peerfly ( is there others networkshould i use to promote mobile offers? ) suggestions are welcome 
2) is Go2mobi Good enough for newbie to start with? as i said my bugest will be 1000$ is it enough?
3) Best tracking system ( how to track correctly).
4) How to choose offers they convert.
I am very pleased to be one of this big familly hopelfully with the hard work and didecation i will achieve some GREEN

Hey man, starting AM can be quite confusing and challenging initially but don't sweat it at all! Your absolute best bet would be to do some more quick research and just jump into launching campaigns ASAP.
Replying to your questions directly below:
1) I don't think there's one "best affiliate network". It's even going to be good for you to split-test offers from different networks too. Maxbounty and Peerfly are OK as long as they have the offers/verticals you're after. You can research more networks here too.
2) Go2Mobi is good enough for a newbie to start, a budget of $1k is also enough to start testing things properly. Be sure to check out The Mobile Cookbook!
3) The hottest/most discussed trackers right now seem to be in the lines of FunnelFlux,
4) For offers, your best bet would be to:
A - Ask your affiliate managers at all of your networks, form some connections with them, start discussing what you're after and what you need and you will get access to decent offers.
B - Talk to other affiliate marketers, join some masterminds. Be active and network with as many people as you possibly can.
C - Get your hands on some spy tools like Adplexity and just see for yourself what's being promoted right now - this is probably your fastest option to spark conversations for the points above and get even more insights into what to promote.
This should give you a good start, but it's no substitute for actually going in and testing things by yourself so you can get a feel for this entire AM thing.
