Need some Bing expert helps on CC info

im getting this error. I used employee cards and personal with no success. I know they use AVS like google. But i tried every possible combo of ip, business CC and personal CC, and CC info. Any insight is appreciated. I'm sure i can help you guys in other aspects.

I can't speak this specific error message, but in the last few months Bing has gotten much more aggressive about banning accounts and/or just blocking questionable accounts.

If this is something you are comfortable calling them about, that is the route I would go.

Spent over $xxx,xxx over the years with Bing Ads using PayPal as my payment method. When I used credit or debit cards that's where I ran into issues.

did your paypal name matched with the name on the Bing ad account?
