Voluum is Down?
Hi everybody,
Reaching out to see if anybody knows who to get in touch with at Voluum as i have had no luck reaching out to any of my contacts there. Basically i have a Voluum account under an alias that has been "frozen" for about a day now. Whenever i log in, it just hangs when loading stats. I thought it was just the typical issue with s3 that doesnt impact traffic. BUT, when i woke up this morning and saw no clicks thru to my offer in cake, i knew something was up. It cost me about 1k in traffic and have not gotten any response. I spend about 1500-2k a month overall and i am quite pissed that nobody has given me an update yet.

it is now just sending me to the Log In window every time I click a tab (reports, camp). This is f*ckin annoying.

Same here, login pop every time I refresh stats. I'm sure they are on it.
EDIT: seems to work fine now again.

Hi,
There are two different things mentioned in this thread.
1. GBaker had an issue with his/her account due to unpaid invoice. The issue looks as resolved on our side and we're waiting for confirmation from GB.
2. The issue mentioned by @Cosmeivan and @Matuloo are related to brief issue with frontend servers, precisely the log in panel. The issue was solved within minutes and it had no influence on the campaigns handling and traffic.
Nevertheless, apologies for the inconvenience it may have caused.
