Is it me or Popads is now extremely expensive? (5)

Hey guys,

I will have to admit i am extremely new to pop traffic, so i really can't speak for anyone.

I first decided to go with popads because they seems to have a very nice reputation here.

I targeted 1 niche on Vietnam 2-3 weeks ago, it was pretty affordable, you can get decent amount of volume with 0.0015-0.002, now i will need at least 0.003-0.004 to only get that level of traffic quality. (from 200-400 advertisers seems to inflate the CPM price like crazy)

What do you guys think? is popads now too populated? should i move to another less hyped traffic source like popcash or zeropark?

Were you running a profitable campaign? In that case it could also just be competition outbidding you for the placement?

Ah no not really, it wasn't profitable at all.

Just that over the course of 2-3 weeks of testing, i notice i some what have to bid a lil bit higher and higher to have high quality traffic. A bit discouraging tbh lol.

Hey I'm running in another Popads geo, IN, and I noticed I would need ~$4 CPM to get 100k+ visits per day. I consider that decent volume. How much do you consider to be "decent volume" in vietnam?

Hey, i just ran a few test yesterday, i would say if i want to get 100k visits per day, i will need to bid at least 0.003-0.004 as well.

For this amount, i only need to bid like $0.002 last 3 weeks.

My positiion queue was #7 when i bided 0.002 last 3 weeks, now my position queue is like #30 with 0.004 bid. :|

With this amount it is actually very hard to get profitable, i am still a noob though.
