[Question]. Mobile approach

Fist off all, thanks for your time and answer.

Im studying more than in the University. Im very happy for that, because try to learn AM, gives me an extra motivation.

Im reading everything and all the important things go to Evernote. I would like to begin with mobile and APP Install. I still have not got access to F5 Media but I hope to get an positive answer.

These are is my questions:

If i´m going to work on mobile, do i need a LP or can i link directly?

In the very beginning, is a tracker necessary or the Network can give me data?

Thanks

Hey, @cattmain nice to e-meet you and welcome to STM community!

For mobile you can use both either with LP, or just direct link. But as you know LP help to increase conversions.

The network provide with some statstics, but if you want to get specific data about your campaigns and optimize them, like using traffic distribution system, you'd better to use a tracker. Especially if some of them are free, like Adsbridge.

Hello, cattmain!

How are you?

Great to know you enjoy learning new things about Affiliate Marketing!

While working with mobile offers you can work both directly or with landing pages.

A well-made landing page can indeed increase your performance. Why? Because you’re adding steps to the conversion flow while increasing the connection between the end-user and the offer. In fact, the user is being retained by the LP/prelanders. This means you may lose some clicks. Even so, you also increase the quality of the users that reach your offer.

While creating the landing pages, you should pay attention to the page’s layout, its design, the page’s area, where to put the call for action, etc. Don’t forget: details such as colour, size and letter type can really make a huge difference!

By doing this, you can create several landing pages and check which one has the best performance.

As for your tracker question: the network will normally give you the stats, but the tracker will surely make your life easier. By using the tracker, you’ll be able to track your cost from different traffic sources and match them to the revenues from affiliate networks.

That’s right: the tracker allows you to keep all your stats in one place. Moreover, if you want to change the offer, you can do it inside the tracker, so it will be updated for all your traffic sources.

Here’s some trackers you can check: Voluum, Imobitrax and Adsbridge of our friend Alex here

Good luck!
