How do I go about changing affiliate managers?

I understand that affiliate managers have to manage a lot of Affiliates, some making a lot of money.

I can handle him being unresponsive sometimes.

But now I need to get some banners approved to move traffic, and my AM is not responding.


What's the usual process to change an AM?

Send them an email or just Skype your new AM and ask him to do it for you.

Yup, contact the affiliate network in question using of their default emails or skype contacts. Linkedin helps too, find the responsible person over there and contact them. Explain the situation in a polite way and they should honor your request in case what you say is true.
