Hey guys,

Was just signing up on Outbrain and it shows "We'll let you know once service becomes available in your country."

I am from Asia I wonder if they only accept advertisers from Tier1 countries?

Have a freelancer sign-up for you and run your operations through them if they're restricting your geo.
