Yes, your link isn't approved by FB upfront. So try a new link/domain.

Yep, likely you are pasting in a blacklisted link or it is redirecting the automated parsing system (a bot...) to a prohibited URL.
Be aware that pasting in a URL for ad creation invokes a preview, and if the destination the bot gets sent is a no no, you will kill that link entirely. Don't do this, only paste in links that will 100% go to a clean destination.

Was the issue resolved using a different link?

Hi Zeno,
Thank you for reply.
I've tried to use website click option and used
Voluum's default tracking domain. Is it banned at facebook?
I've used following URL as default.
http://r8rzl.voluumtrk.com/a37b2540-...Male&Age=18-55

2) I loaded that link. It redirected me to an adattract affiliate link (strike one). This redirected me to a blank page that did nothing (strike two).
Never paste a link in Facebook that goes to an affiliate link like this automatically.
You have a tracking system with advanced rules and redirection systems. Use them. Make this Voluum link redirect to the page of the offer that you are promoting. Directly. No affiliate link. This is all detailed in my basic FB guide here -

In short: FB's systems, and all users, should always end up on the (clean) destination offer page, or your lander. Your rules must guarantee this. If they do not, you have failed at properly configuring tracking for Facebook and will likely lose your account because of doing this repeatedly.

Well, it is unclear what ad type you are using, but I do fear you may be repeating the same mistakes I mentioned.
Take your Voluum campaign and duplicate it. Now set it to go to www.google.com. Nothing else. Just straight to this.
Take the campaign URL of this new campaign and paste that into Facebook. If it now works, you'll know it's because a) you had burned your Voluum campaign link, and/or b) your link was still redirecting to a prohibited location and causing problems.

I just think the lander is flagged. Send us the actual page and we can help you out more I guess!

I'm using website click with -Voluum tracking URL. (
http://mb.adattract.com/a37b2540-8ce...Male&Age=18-55)
It's redirecting to tracking URL which not allows users outside US. So I think this is the reason they are not approving me in. Is there any otherway or tools that can help me to get approved there with tracking URL?

I'm directly using
Voluum tracking URL, which is redirecting to other tracking URL from Network that use Hasoffers.

I think you have missed my point, again.
If your
Voluum link points directly to the affiliate network URL, it is going to cause problems. Almost every time. Don't do it.
Use Voluum rules properly to send non-eligible traffic to the offer page directly. If your aff link sends people ultimately to
www.blahoffer.com, send people there by default.
To quote myself...
