Am joking, doubt this would be an end to Nutra. But was looking around and found this case interesting. Wonder if there would be ever be the case that the affiliate themselves would be found liable and not the network? Just curious to hear what experience affiliates thoughts are on these developments and how far we are from actually going to have to deal with compliance etc.

"A recent federal court decision establishes that affiliate networks can - and will - be held responsible for the acts of their affiliates even if they do not create the content used by the affiliates."

Cloaking nutra with oprah and dr oz landers on cnn, tmz, people magazine templates come with risks ofc. Yet just like drug dealers, the people that run nutra this way are aware of the risks and willing to accept them.
Well, said link was posted over a year ago and nutra is still going strong with celeb landers, so nah not the end.
It's far from the end of nutra. In fact, we're seeing a comeback recently. Far more nutra ads around this year over last year.
I have a few nutra offers (Straight sale) that I've got direct.. im actually looking for someone to run traffic.. PM me or add me on skype "Canadajew55" IF this is you.
Does anyone have any courtcases/articles about affiliates, not affiliate networks getting persecuted for misleading stuff? Cases where the product owners and/or affiliate network was found guilt free? Would love to read some.
