hi guys
I have my own ebook (in diet niche) which i sell with Adwords currently (all whitehat). I know Native is working really well for affiliates promoting diet offers. But what about PRODUCT OWNERS? Has anyone tried native ads to drive sales of their own products? Would love to hear some experiences?
I am debating to try it (i have never ran native ads before) but i feel the reach maybe good. Thoughts?

Any product promoted on native, or any other traffic source, has an owner somewhere and that owner is still profiting even after paying the affiliate commission. Owning the offer is the absolutely best setup for any online promotion, so I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be the case with your product. In case you are sure it converts well, which you probably are since you're running it on adwords ... don't hesitate to try other sources out too. You're in a way better position than any affiliate since you can keep the whole profit margin. You have all the data you need, you have proven angles from adwords ... it should be a rather smooth transition in my opinion.
I'd love to see the result posted in form of a nice case-study over here, how about that?
@matuloo i will for sure - and thank you for answering. I was kind of surprised no one has posted any comments yet on this topic. But thank you for taking the time. I just need to figure out which network would be best for a diet related offer with least amount of bot traffic - SUGGESTIONS?
Sometimes threads get un-noticed for a while, especially when there is a lot of activity
Many people try to figure out what source it is the best to start on, so I wrote this post: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...412#post273412
Whats being an owner got to do with it?
@mhdeaton - More money flows to you!
(For additional clarification for anyone who's wondering: if you're promoting @Rajpatel's diet offer as an aff, you probably get 50% of the purchase price when it converts. He gets 100% of the purchase price if he runs a campaign for it and it converts.
So that's rather nice for ROI!)
I have been playing with promoting my own products! Teeth whitening, jewelery and other misc. Have you given it a go @RajPatel?
I have given it a go, and with no return.. i felt i gave it a solid effect. Lots of traffic, no conversions. i feel a lot of the traffic on Gemini is bot - meanwhile taboola seems more "real"
No, gemini traffic is pretty legit. Their traffic is a mix of desktop and mobile which is only changed with a rep.
