Is it possible to remove conversions in Voluum?

I did a mistake and fired manually the pixel too many times.
I want to remove few conversions, how can I do it?

An API for all 3 to set up campaigns would be the cherry ontop
Plus the ability to assign campaign / rules to offers not just offers to campaigns / rules

We've had a fully documented API for campaign management and reporting since the beginning!
