I see that in some (or many) cases affiliate networks have a lot of rebrokered offers (too many link redirects) ending up in increasing the loading time of the offer page. Don't know if this is one of the reasons why certain offers are even harder to convert. But..
Which is the most effective way to find out if an offer is rebrokered from the affiliate network or not? Except asking to your AM.
Thank you.
It's not just the load times...for each extra network in the offer there's additional margin being taken.
You want to look at the resolving links 302 redirect chain.
I use a chrome plugin but not on my desktop right now, struggling to remember it's name, it's something like avazu (?).
Look at the redirects until it hits the offer page - then try to work out which network the last tracking link belongs to.
Oh I was close its Aimya:

This is a pretty handy tool: http://www.redirect-checker.org/
The penultimate link is usually the network that has the direct relationship. Do a whois check on the domain to find the source network.
Thanks guys. So I need to input the offer link from my affiliate network into these tools and see how many redirects it applies before it reaches the offer landing page?!
And if it's a direct offer it should goes straight to the landing page, right?
If it is an app, it will go to appsflyer or tune, to any tracker, then it will go to the app store or google play.
If it is just an ordinary offer, it will go directly to the adv's landing page.
Any reason why you don't want to ask your AM?
Building relationships is a very important step towards success. The AM that knows your needs and what you want is better equipt to service you properly. I encourage communication with your AM and traffic source reps alike. It can only benefit you.
