What was the reason?
Some traffic sources just won't accept new people because they usually (Not always) have a super low budget of $100 etc and its a big waste of time for everyone.
Ofcourse this might not be the case for you so next time your at an event, book an appointment with them, most people are super nice in person.
Your could start of with other newb friendly sources, popads? and after you spend some money with them go back to zeropark and tell them that now you have some experience and have spent x,xxx amount of money on traffic and are now looking to scale etc. I'm sure they wont say no, unless they have completely other reasons.
Also I'm sure there are other redirect traffic sources out there, and you should never put your eggs in one basket.

Hi!
I have reason for decline maybe. They send me one enquiry.
Hey,
To approve your account please answer the following questions:
1) What sort of campaigns will you be promoting on ZeroPark? What do these
campaigns aim to achieve (generate leads, downloads, installs, signups,
etc)?
a) Do you own the product / offer that you will be promoting?
b) If not, did you acquire access to these products / offers through an
affiliate network? If so, which one?
2) How did you find out about ZeroPark?
a) If you were referred to us by a friend or business partner, please state
their name.
3) Please provide us an estimate of your monthly budgets.
a) what other paid traffic sources do you currently use?
My answers are very generally maybe.
1: donwloads, installs, signups
a: just promoting
b: affiliate network. Many networks.
2: STM forum
a: name of my friend
3: i don’t have budget
a: competitors sources.
elephantclick - why not? Zero offers direct redirect to website.
ysekse - i tested popads and popcash (just popup). For pin submit antivirus campaign in Panama and Poland. I had just few conversions. I wanted to try a direct redirect.

Before submitting your application to zeropark (and any other network) the best thing you can do is get in touch with an account manager over there and have a conversation with them about your traffic sources, affiliate marketing experience, etc. Once they see you are a serious person/company, they will be more than happy to help you with the onboarding.
Hit me up on skype if you want me to bring you in touch with someone at Zeropark.

People please use common sense in situations like this. The only thing zeropark, or any source for that matter, wants to achieve here, is to weed out people who don't even take time to learn about the market and the principles and are about to waste anyone's time.
Answer like this :
Hey,
To approve your account please answer the following questions:
1) What sort of campaigns will you be promoting on ZeroPark? What do these
campaigns aim to achieve (generate leads, downloads, installs, signups,

Mostly leadgen offers in Latam GEOs, plus some pin submits or sweeps.
a) Do you own the product / offer that you will be promoting?
No, I dont.
b) If not, did you acquire access to these products / offers through an
affiliate network? If so, which one?
Yes, through an affiliate network. Currently I have an account with... "mundo, advidi, adismilis, f5 ... whatever network."
2) How did you find out about ZeroPark?
On the STM forum, you were recomended as a good network for pops/redirects/whatever
a) If you were referred to us by a friend or business partner, please state
their name.
John Snow
3) Please provide us an estimate of your monthly budgets.
This will be based on the performance I can reach. I have prepared a test budget of $3000 to use with you.
a) what other paid traffic sources do you currently use?
Im currently running pops with : popads, popcash, propellerads ... whatever...

It really is as easy as this, show them you're not a moron who is not even willing to learn the basics, and they will let you in.

I was declined as well. I am a newbie with small revenue so that is probably why. I guess I will stick with TV for now and apply again later. @cbrughmans seems like the best suggestion.

Even if you don't have a big budget you can always say something like: "I'm looking for more volume to scale my current campaigns. I've read a lot of good feedback about your platform on STM so I decided to try it out. My budget for scaling is $10k (whatever) but it will depend on the quality and profitability we'll be able to achieve with your traffic after optimizing"
After you're approved they won't check how much you spend. But you'll get approved because they think you are serious for
1. having already working campaigns
2. having a budget
3. proving that you know what you're doing by saying you need to test their traffic quality and optimize first
4. STM member
Come on, you're probably telling more lies in your LPs and exaggerating things of what you promote.

Exactly.
No budget is a massive bummer for any network. I mean, why accept you if you have no budget to spend with them?
Besides the rest of the answers are well explained by matuloo.

Yes I think the main reason will be your terse answers - they didn't actually provide any useful information.
Sort of like...
Hi, what's your name?
A guy.
What type of offers do you intend to run?
Affiliate links.
What is your budget?
Credit card.
What other traffic sources do you work with?
Stuff.
If it were me, I would deny you just for not treating the application seriously.

I agree with You. I applied to zeropark last week. they sent me some questions to answer and I answered them all to the best of my ability. I don't have a lot of experience with cpa I only start seriously doing it this year. As a new mom, I dread going back to work full-time. I started out with search traffic offers, on Maxbunty and now after a bit of success, im kind of all over the place trying to figure out what I like.
Anyway, one of the questions that they asked at the end was if I could send over a couple of screenshots providing my last 30 days spend on other traffic networks. This step is required, however, you may blur any information you treat as confidential."
I had been spending a lot on different traffic sources to test over the past 2 months. I took some screenshots and within 30 mins I got an e-mail saying that my account was approved. I was really shocked I had been fearful of applying to different networks and traffic sources because I didnt want to get rejected but, I was honest in my answers and I my screen shots proved it. because I am a
Voluum user, I was already skype friends with the sales manager.I didn't need to contact him though. I hope this helps.

This is it, in many cases the networks just want to see you're an active affiliate who actually wants to do some business, and not someone who doesn't even understand what it is all about. People do signup for all kinds of services, without even knowing what they are doing ... some "filtering" is necessary because of this.
