Native ad unit

I want to create my own native ad unit and rotate my own ads on my sites, anyone has done something like ? how would I go about it?

im currently looking to do the same, the only thing ive found that seems to be able to do properly is avid ad server..

Let me know if you find anything else.

Content.ad lets you make custom widgets with custom sources if you're looking for a free option, though it will be missing many of the features of an ad server.

yeah i did look at that, but they do sneak in a few of their own ads aswell.. but it would work for some quick testing for free.

You can use sitescouts ad server to do that. Its a gem

Need to request a demo with an AM, it's pricey as far as I can remember but when I get more details I'll post them here

I had a chat with sitescout and the account manager there wasn't very professional in my opinion and didn't really help, but I bumped into this during my searchs

Yeah i looked at also, think i've looked at every adserver out there and spoke to few of them.

Did the sitescout guy give you any idea of price ?

Have heard that OpenX Ad Server is pretty good, otherwise can always go the Google DFP route?
