I've been using
Ive just recently read an article about setting up Custom Domain in
encouraged (I hadn't done this so far).
First question. Why is this a better option than just using the standard Voluum domain if my traffic sources accept it okay?
Secondly. If I go down the route of setting up a custom domain, I assume then that I have to resubmit all my campaign
links to the traffic sources again and change the links in my landing pages as the old ones won't work?

I'd recommend it because you don't "share" the same domain as many other newbies, although it's not 100% safe.
And yes, you have to resubmit all of your links and your landing page CTA links to make everything work again. It could be a mess, but I recommend doing it since the beginning.
