Since retreaver no longer runs TS calls, are there any similair services that do?
Numbers pools and dynamic tagging are a requirement.

Maybe vonage & dialogtech will be useful for you
Dialog tech cherry picked a bunch of retreaver clients and the influx in volume created a bunch of problems with call routing. A few of the big guys that switched the DTech are trying to jump ship to something else so I hear.
Vonage is a viable solution. It's just clunky.
I know at least 2 big guys building custom solutions. DT is good if you can get an account there, however, they are being selective about who they let on board and don't want guys running shock/freezing/YOU-HAVE-AIDS-style-landers.
There's also CallBox, but we personally use DialogTech
