in aliexpress affiliate program (the original , not the programs that go through middlemen networks) - located here: portals.aliexpress.com
they give you option to add only 50 tracking ID's , and you even cannot edit them once created.
I cannot find any option to send them a unique subid in order to make exact tracking, any advice?

You need to have an AM there in order to get this set up. Or run it through a network that takes minimal margin.
