How long for RevContent traffic to kick in.

I just unpaused a few ads that got approved on RevContent about 3.5 hours ago. I've run ads on RevContent before and it usually takes less than an hour so I'm wondering if it's something is wrong or if this is normal. Does anybody any ideas as to why they still aren't running? I'm bidding 0.35 so I doubt that's the problem. Worth noting that I have one mobile campaign and one desktop campaign, both are targeting 8 whitelisted widgets.

That is the problem, assuming you're in tier 1 geo's. Double that if you want any decent amount of traffic. Plus you're only targeting 8 widgets so the traffic will be limited.

I don't mind limited traffic, I just mind zero traffic. I just raised it to .70, but my Avg. Position is still listed as 0

You should be good, it takes a couple hours for things to readjust.

When we launch things it can be between 1-5 hours before seeing anything.
Changing bid also seems to affect delivery for about the same time period. Try not to fiddle with it too often.
