Thrive and Adcash integration tracking postback (3)

Hey,
I'm just starting to work with adcash and I'm having some issues with the postback.

Here's what I did:
They sent me the S2S , I replaced the cid with {externalid} and removed the : &variable=INSERT_USER_ID_OR_EMAIL_HERE . (is it wrong to do so?)

the final S2S: http://www.imcounting.com/script/register_event.php?key=xxxx&idform=3907658&campagn e=xxxx&cid={externalid}

I put the S2S in Thrive postback's line, opened HTTP Headers, went to the test link they sent, clicked the CTA, found the subid in the Headers, put it in my Thrive postback: http://mydomain.com/path/postback.php?subid=xxx

I got a blank page and after 10 minutes I saw the conversion in Thrive, but adcash don't see it.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong in the process?

If you are setting up S2S tracking for your campaign and you do not see a conversion register in our system, you need to ensure that you have entered a valid Click ID into the parameter cid=

@neta_oren in the traffic source setup in Thrive, have you entered appropriate "Placecholder" for the "External ID" row?

The Adcash placeholder is [clickid]

The placeholder should already be there if you added Adcash from the list of Pre-defined Traffic Sources.

If you have that setup, then it should work.
