Gemini Account Ban? (5)

I created a new account and setup a campaign. The ads went "on hold" for editorial review.

A couple of hours later the ads got rejected for being "misleading" and now I can't edit anything in the account. I can't create new campaigns or ads either.

The "manage users" section looks like this:



Is this an account ban? Is there something I can do about this?
The campaign that I setup has been running on content.ad and revcontent for months.

if you cannot create new campaigns you have been banned. create a new acct. I was able to create new accounts with the same exact details of an account just banned
