What is "wifi fallback"?

Hello everyone,
In some mobile pin submit offers, there are words like "one click on 3g,wifi fallback".
What is "wifi fallback"? that kind of offers don't accept wifi traffic?

And if "3G: DCB flow" = "3G: one click flow"?

Thanks.

Wifi fallback means that the offer either is able to convert wifi traffic or there is another offer that the wifi traffic is redirected to - you need to ask the AM to find out what its like with the particular offer.

One click flow is usually labeled as 1-click or single opt in OR 1-click DCB flow ... so yes, DCB flow should mean 1-click, but with the current mess in labeling, Im not gonna put my arm on it
