Account suspended at Content.ad (7)
Hi Guys,
I opened the account a few days ago and deposited $500 in it. 3 days later (today) i get an email saying my account was flagged for suspicious activity and has been temporarily inactivated.
Anyone had those problem? and are those resolve quickly usually? I mean their is no suspicious activities i deposited from my card and i am from Canada and have all the right information. I'm just surprised that they took 3 days to flag my account. I could of spent all the money in marketing really if i was a crook or something.
Anyways hope they resolve this today and i don't have to wait until Monday i was getting ready to launch some campaigns over the weekend.

They will take around a week to resolve this.
I have noticed that this happens only on those accounts where I pay by credit card (and that too after 10K spend). It never happens if I am paying through paypal.
Wow that kinda sucks for a company to resolve something like this online and take 1 week. Well lucky i have like 10 other place i can buy traffic from lol.

Yeah, they are pretty slow initially but things get a lot faster once you start spending with them.
I am having the same issue.. I just saw the this happen to me.
They are asking me for ID etc and for me to fill in an authorization form for credit card use.
The problem is that I have a paypal account and have funded via paypal (not credit card).
Any suggestions on how to get this removed?
Also what happens going forward with new accounts?
Will the same issue come up?
I just received an email today, didn't get a chance to get to it yet, but they want my ID sent to them. Ill keep you posted what happens.
Just an update, after sending in my ID and info the account was re-activated within 24 hours. Good
