Some tips from Mr.Braun
Hello guys! I didn't find any section when I can post my cases and tips so I will post there.
Let's go!
#1 Playing with MK
GEO: MK (Macedonia)
Source: PropellerAds, Popads, PopCash, Plugrush.
Offer: [WAP] Download content /MK (ClickDealer)
About this offer: It's a download offer. So what it means? It means that you can send different traffic for this offer when user wants to download something. So I can promote Adult videos (Download adult videos), Antiviruses (Download the antivirus) and many many different verticals. On the lander we see field to enter your phone and download button.
My lander: It was Land "You have a 3 viruses with google"
The settings was really simple:
1) Environment: Android, iOS, WinPhone
2) Devices: Smartphones and Tablets
3) Connection targeting: ALL
4) I do not use Black list of sites for this offer.
So I got this results:

As you can see I got a very good ROI and in some days it was +1100!
But you can't get a lot of traffic from this GEO because it is really small country (not more 10k/day from this sources). But you can run more different sources and countries.
Gut luck! I can answer any questions
P.S. My Skype is mrbraun31 and fb is https://www.facebook.com/mrbraun31

Be careful with landers like this, using copyrighted stuff and imitating legit sites is risky. You might get away with it running small volume, but in the end, you're at risk of:
- getting sued
- getting not paid by the offer
- getting blocked from the traffic source you're running
- risk relationship with your network if caught
- and probably 100 things I forgot
In the end, rather than building a campaign here, it's a hit and run game hoping not to get caught.

90% of traffic runs with this landers. And affiliate networks know it. You mast to hide your referrer, hide your lander and all will be good.

Like I said, until you run a certain scale, it will work. As soon as you go to the big pubs, you'll face trouble. Hiding the referer is your smallest problem here. Saying 90% of traffic runs with this landers is a statement that's neither based on any stats you can realistically prove nor is accurate nor correct.
'all will be good' running with that lander is really something you should be careful about. I'm not saying it's impossible to get away with it, but as soon as shit hits the fan, you're usually in trouble. It might be good for a small, temporary campaign, but it's hard to go really broad with that kind of angle, especially going tier1 geos.

Just make sure you are 100% anonymous if you gonna run this kind of landers. As fjk87 said you risk getting into trouble when you start scaling it.
Most campaigns you see around now a days on mobile use variations of this lander when you check spy tools. I bet 99% of them just use whois protection and think they are safe.
Pro tip is using BTC to pay for everything and dont use your real name for your accounts. To be extra careful use proxy when using these services.

Yes the trademark may cause problems and we all need to be careful - but let's not lose sight of the massive gold nugget mrbraun has so generously revealed here:

So I can promote Adult videos (Download adult videos), Antiviruses (Download the antivirus) and many many different verticals. On the lander we see field to enter your phone and download button.
This is the beauty of "download now" offers - the offer pages don't tell people what it is they'll be downloading, so you can sell it as pretty much anything you want.
What this means is: Say you've been running in the antivirus vertical - you can take the same lander you've had success with across multiple geos, gather up all the download now offers you can find, and just test them with that lander (translated into the various languages of course). Of course you'll want to test actual antivirus offers too -
but sometimes you'll find "download now" offers available for geos you can't find antivirus offers for.
I'm just using antivirus as an example - basically you can do this for any type of mobile download content - if you can't find offers available for that vertical for a certain geo, but you can find a download now offer for that geo, then you're all set.
And of course you can test these the other way around: Take a download now offer, download a bunch of landers associated with different types of mobile content downloads, and just test them to see which type of content appeals to your target audience the most.
There's so much potential here - a big thank you to mrbraun for giving away such a valuable tip!

Nice post bro.
Since i have worked in this GEO sometime ago i have some question
a. this screenshot is traffic for which period how much days ?
b. you dont have cap in offers in MK and similar small geos since this is a lot of conversions,
especially since i think this is subscription service ?

Good post. Do you have to cloak this LP?

Nice one. But I'm little sceptical about it.
So you basically took 1 lander, 1 offer in a GEO with very low traffic and occasionally hit 200% ROI?
Sounds like luck but not "some tip" to launching campaigns.

Nice, thank you for sharing, I have some questions too.
1. Did you just try 1 ladner and 1 offer and it was successful instantly or that was your best lander/offer combination?
2. Did you do a lot of cutting?
3. Did you push adult traffic too?
4. Did you do popups or popunders?

Hi Amy,
Thanks. I didnt get one part though i.e are we saying promote different kind of download offers with a completely differently targeted lander? As in for example promote a download 'adult content' offer with an antivirus lander?

2. No.
3. Yes. Adult traffic converts very good on AVs
4. Popups. But it is not difference for mobile.

The "download now" offers that mrbraun is talking about, are offers that look like this:
Basically it doesn't explicitly say what it is that the user will be downloading. So you can package it as any mobile content download - antivirus, wallpapers, ringtones, videos - whatever you like.
Of course, chances are you'd be lying - it's not up to me to comment on how ethical this tactic is or whether or not it's legal. DO check with your AM before promoting offers in this fashion. To see examples of "download now" offers, go to mundo media or clickdealer and do a search for "download now" and you'll see tons. (Disclaimer: We at STM do not endorse any affiliate networks. Please exercise due diligence before working with any network.)

I currently running some campaign as well, the volume of traffic seen to be the biggest problem to me.
for example i try to set the same setting you mention in popads(andriod,ios,windowsphone-smartphone,tablet-all conecttion-0 black list)
even with Max bid popads estimate there is only 1000simpression perday.
how do you get that much traffic with the cpc of 0.00137?

Hi Dima! Your post is gold for me. I am working with the same kind of offers right now! And it is very helpful and interesting to see another methods! Big thanks! Could you answer 2 questions please?
1. Did I get it right: you applied AV lander to "download content offer"?
2. Did you check direct linking for this offer? Was there much differences between LP and direct linking?
As for me, I usually get better performance for "download" offers with direct linking.

Hey clickky!
1) Yes. I use "Download Content" offers with AV Landers. Often my manager asks me to test AV angle with these offers
2) For pop I think the best way - to use your own landers. Because our traffic is not hot (not motivated) therefore for POPs I use my own landers. I had only a good result with EU 1click AV offers, using direct linking. For banners I don't use landers for Download offers.

Dima, thanks for the information!
The only thing I cannot understand about these "download now" offers - what content does user get after payment?

Just curious,
what's the purpose of the line 455 in the tracker (script line)?
