Just getting setup with Game Theory and have a couple of questions:
1. What does IO mean?
2. How do you get paid? This is confusing:
PUBLISHER will invoice ADVERTISER based on the numbers in ADVERTISER’s
online reporting system.

i think the best thing would be to talk to your AM at GT...no offense..but i see questions like this everyday here on the forum...and it just takes a call or a message/email to your AM to get them all answered...i'm sure your GT contact will be more than happy to help you if you're serious and at the same time you can get to know him better which will help you in the future ;-) think about it before you hate me :-)
^^^This....don't be afraid to ask questions of your AM its their job to answer them....
1. IO = Insertion Order This is general ways people to media buy agreements. Basically a contract of your deal.
2. To get paid you as the Publisher will send an invoice to them the Advertiser for the amount reported in the admin screen of what you made during that time period.

Yeah, these guys MAKE MONEY when you are successful. I'd say to abuse them, but, that is actually doing you a disservice. Do your best to figure it out, and then abuse them. :-)
