Do advertisers' have just one landing page?

This is probably a very noobish question, but I'd appreciate your help.

Is there usually just one landing page for an advertiser's offer?

For example this one sends the user to a landing page with a video where they are forced to watch the whole thing.

Is there a way to send traffic straight to the offer - the page where the product for sale could be found?

It depends on the offer and the advertiser.

Sometimes offers have a few variations of LPs and sometimes just one.

If you are not sure - ask your AM.

Sometimes you can also ask your AM to arrange you a LP like you want (most often its not possible but sometimes AMs can get LPs that werent available in the first place).

Thanks affiliaxeoran, that clarifies it. Some landing pages are horrendous.

And thats exactly one of the reasons why using a LP can boost your conversions

True but then it's pointless if you send them from your landing page to the advertiser's crappy landing page where they have no option but to watch a video. ADD people like me will navigate away from it 5 seconds into the video

Wrong.

Motivated people will watch a video(or read advertorials, etc) for hours if they believe it will help them solve a problem they have (ie. Weight loss, more money, better skin).

Look at the large number of hours people spend READING on STM, many people do it bc they believe they can make more $.

True, the right LP will make them signup even tho their lander sucks.

The STM example is actually quite good, except for the fact that spending time here will indeed help you to make money online, while watching hours of videos about "the secret trick that gets you women easily" will not help you for shit
