Not sure where to start.. (5)
this is a typical noob question but I just need some assurance.... I have a ad budget of 20K + , how ever I am not sure what to do with it. Here is what I have in mind..
1. Gaming Offers - Native Traffic Sources - not sure if this a good idea, but I don't see a lot of people talk about it, I was thinking that If I do something that most of affiliates are not then I might hit the jack pot
2. Sweeps/Anti-virus offers - Running these type of offers on Pop/Display/Redirect - Is this something worth doing or is it highly saturated? I see the same landers over and over via Adsxposed & Adplexity.
Any insight is greatly appreciated! Should I go with option 1 or 2 ?
Id say #1. There are lots of affiliates running gaming on native (which is good) and its compliant

They won't teach you anything useful beyond the basics but that, you can already learn just reading STM.
Low payout Sweeps on pops is an excellent combination to learn the basics but its true its very crowded right now, everyone seems to be testing sweeps on pops 
Hard to say what you should do now, since we dont know anything about your background or skill set.
