How would you monetize these leads? (3)

Hey guys!

I created my own lead gen offer a few weeks ago and need your help.

It's a simple email submit in the low income/housing assistance niche, means that people are looking for an affordable home and are on a (very) low income.

It's easy for me to collect these leads (email -> short form with first name, last name, phone, street, zip, state) but I haven't been able to monetize them properly.

How would you do that?

What offers would work best? Would you call the leads and the transfer the leads to credit repair advertisers or something like that?

I tried a offer funnel with credit report > rent2own > social security disability > debt > etc

Agreed with mataloo.

But yea, calling them is obvious, and send them new emails every day. About 4-5 emails per week should be value-adding, and 2-3 pitching, or else peeps will unsubscribe
