Hello,
Before I name this particular Ad Network.. I was looking for some advice.
Mobile Advertising Network ( SIMILAR to leadbolt )
I Put $100 funds into the account. Well turns out they're incredibly rigid with their banner approval, so I created the campaign with go2mobi (who approved every single banner no problem) and didn't look back.
Well now I wanted to do housekeeping and get my networks straight now that I know where I want to stay.
My Request:
"Hello!
I would like to withdraw my total funds within my account.
The total is currently showing $92.23 and I would like to withdraw that amount.
How may we make this happen?
Thanks for your time. "
Ad Network In Q Support REPLY:
"Ticket Subject: Withdraw $92.23
Message:
Hi,
I'm afraid we have a nor refund policy.
Can ewe help you optimize and get traffic? "
Is this "Okay"...
How should I approach this? I don't want to let $90 just sit there. I'm definitely not using their network now.
Please check your agreement with them and policy on their website or anywhere else, you have this right on a refund if you do not plan to run the campaigns.
Also let them know to use a better spell check
Why don't you spend the remaining 92$ on testing new campaigns?
Most definately check your agreement, are you working directly with an AM?... If so, and he or she doesnt give you any further assistance on the refund, try to contact another AM or senior directly. This AM might not be well informed. Is this a small network, because refunds due to X reason are possible in any major and reliable network.
if u did paypal just chargeback
I would try to use the remaining balance to test new campaigns but as mentioned check their policy and terms of use. They should give you the money back since all you have done is pre-pay an account and if you are not going to use it then it belongs back in your pocket. The one thing that drives me nuts is when people do this. If there is money owed to someone or someone has paid in advance and has anything remaining it belongs to that person, not the network. It's not a good business practice. Affiliates work non-stop and bring traffic networks a lot of money.. the least they can do is be professional about it. Rant over. lol
