One more for Ad Researching: http://www.adbeat.com: Pretty new and still in beta if I am right. I would also suggest http://www.google.com/adplanner, http://www.quantcast.com, http://www.quantcast.com/planner, http://www.alexa.com as well as http://www.compete.com for demographic research.

Banner and Button makers available at http://www.bannersnack.com and http://www.performable.com/buttons. Testing landingpage speed with http://whichloadsfaster.com works quite well.

Adbeat looks cool, I'm talking to the owner now, might work out some free paid accounts for the forum!

Just registered an account to adbeat, didn't see any payment plan. Is it free for the beta or I just missed it?

Has anyone here tried PHP Fb ads manager? I want to use my old FB ads manager but it gives errors when putting in likes for multiple ads.

I've just started using the POF Ad uploader here - http://pofuploader.com/

He also has a FB tool, but I haven't tried that yet.

The POF tool is working well. Just a bit of setting up in CSV files, click play, and it uploads the creatives, and automatically assigns subid variants. I assume this is like MrGreens POF Ad Uploader, but this one is FREE, as opposed to $100.

Now let's see if it helps me make some money...

HI Jordan, just wondering if there's any update on this?

I watched the 202 webinar yesterday and AdBeat does look cool. It is pricey so a free account is always more than welcome.

I forget how the discussion with him ended. I'll email him now

If you use Excel a lot, ASAP Utilities is a must. It is a free add-in that automates a lot of tedious work, such as cleaning data imported from the web, deleting all empty rows in a column, removing trailing spaces in text, etc.

It will save you hours of time.

Whats the best tracking software for high volume media buys? Prosper is just not cutting it anymore

07-21-2011 06:56 PM #21 eliquid (Member)

hmm, there is not a lot of choices.

I know of
prosper
bevo
cpvlab

and tons of custom ones. If your doing media buys it might be best to get an adserver like zedo and adshuffle, etc...

07-21-2011 08:58 PM #22 z6marketing (Member)

Yeah, work with an adserver or if you don't like that option, get something like HasOffers and use that. Set yourself up like a network, add your offers and if you want you can use different "users" in the network for each traffic source, to keep shit organized.

Where are Tools and discounts on forum? I can go to them following my posts, but i can't find them on forum.

07-26-2011 02:40 AM #24 marketone (Member)

Hello everyone. I am just getting into the am field. I have been glued to the forum now for a couple weeks. Looking forward to starting my first successful campaign soon. I wanted to ask you guys as newbie what version of photo shop you recommend me buying. I feel like it will be essential for building landers and just good to have the experience. also any add ons you suggest or tutorials to accelerate the learning curve? Thanks i really value your opinions.

07-26-2011 02:45 AM #25 inversion (Member)

@marketone - Try Gimp. It'll save you a ton of money. http://www.gimp.org. Otherwise, if you've got the cash, always go with the latest and greatest version of Photoshop. Not only does it have more features (obviously) but all the new tutorials generally use the latest version.

07-26-2011 02:57 AM #26 marketone (Member)

looks interesting. Thank you inversion. Another question how do i take an image and make it a web page? I dont have any coding or web design background. I have a few weeks where i wont have internet because of the area i will be in is remote. So i was going to take that time to learn photo shop as i figured it couldn't hurt and would be a useful tool to have in the arsenal.

Prepping an image for a landing page is called "slicing" in photoshop. Plenty of tutorials online. Pretty easy once you do it once or twice.

10-24-2011 02:30 AM #28 sm1810 (Member)

bumping an old thread but what ad manager you guys using for FB? I've seen a demo of the social ads tool but it's too expensive for now 5% of ad spend or 500euro/min per month and upgradedads for $100/month but runs on stupid Windows and i'm too lazy to run on Parallels

10-25-2011 05:19 AM #29 sm1810 (Member)

anyone?

10-25-2011 05:20 AM #30 z6marketing (Member)

I think a lot of people are using Spydyr's uploader for FB, but I'm not sure because I don't use it myself. He sells it on WickedFire I believe.
