Cloaking, Proxy, VPS, IP....what?!

Newbie question for all you FB experts.

So what I've been trying to figure out is how do i seem like a regular user to facebook when i create a new account and not get tied to my last account they shut down. Do I do proxy, VPS, do i somehow get residential IP addresses, do I cloak? Or I have to do all 3 or which combination? Does dedicated server provide IP addresses, Amazon AWS?

Goal: to run aff blackhat on FB. I've never done before. Only have done local brick and mortar business ads on personal account.

(Not familiar with any of the methods but with 10hr + work days on AM I'll get the hang of it soon)

New accounts running ads set off a lot of red flags with Facebook. If you reset your router you should get a new IP and that should be enough to unlink you from the previous account - assuming you don't login to the account or use any similar details name / cards etc. You would go down the proxy / VPN route if you were farming multiple accounts, which is the best way to do it if you're running blackhat.
