I was searching on STM but it seems like no body's talking about how to prevent spying.
Isn't this important? Just wondering where should I start to learn about this topic?

It's a cat and mouse game in this field.
Spy tools like Adplexity are very good emulating the real user, run javascript, clicking the CTA's and basically getting your whole funnel in a matter of seconds.
You could go and block them IP by IP or by other common patterns, but it's not long term as they may come up with new one's and you would probably end up blocking real users as well.
Regarding real user spying - you can block VPNs, proxies, data center's, but it's not worthwhile as well.
Smart affiliates hire people for spying in the geo's they want to run.
I would recommend you to rather focus on other edges you can get - people, relationships, get better and exclusive offers, payouts etc.
