Anyone having issues with FunnelFlux

The stats on my dashboard have not changed in several hours. Looks like traffic is coming through fine, conversions are coming in on the network side, but the stats are stuck. Anyone using FF experiencing the same thing?

yesterdays stats and todays are mixed here. weird

edit: its because of the last update i think. they will fix it

Hi guys,

Yesterday we rolled out an update with a speed optimization for the dashboard and the different lists (traffic sources, campaigns etc).
There may be a blank period on the dashboard while the historical data gets moved to the new database table. But it shouldn't last more than a few minutes, even with millions of rows.

However, it looks like there is an issue depending on the selected timezone. We will send a fix later today, sorry about this!

In the meantime, you can still use the drilldown reports - the stats there are not affected by this optim and they are also in realtime.

yes i think they have an issue. i am running a fb campaign. fb shows 60 clicks, my clocker recors more than 20 but funnle flex only shows like 7

This timezone issue has been fixed and automatically pushed to your installs a few minutes ago.

Hey Vita,

Still seems off. It's working for Today's stats.. but if I change it to yesterday.. they are way way off.. any suggestions?

Can you please send me the information below at the support desk:

1/ The timezone you selected on the dashboard
2/ Your server's timezone (you can type "date" without quotes in a shell window to get it)

No, still not fixed. My server timezone and dashboard time zone are both on America/New York (EST). Stats from yesterday and days before are off completely. Submitted a support ticket.

Thanks, I've replied to your ticket. I've tested with this timezone and it's working well here, anyone else still having this same issue?

Also something that comes to mind, depending on your traffic volume, it may take some time to recache all your historical data as this background job isn't given a high priority (so it doesn't affect your redirect speed).

It's already a few hours that I've pushed the update, can you please check again?

Hey Vita,

Sent you an email, but will respond here as well. Around the time of your post, it looked like everything was back to normal. Then I updated traffic costs for two days ago, and everything went bonkers again. The current day reports correctly, but when I select "yesterday", it's completely off. Anyhow, I sent you an email and everything you asked for.
