What traffic source that allow me to target people who use iPhone? But more spesific people who use iPhone 6/6s or iPhone 5?

Pretty much any decent source will let you target by OS, so you can target iOS users. There is usually also the possibility to target just phones, so that would solve the iPhone targeting. But I didnt really see sources offering targeting by device version. The closest to it is targeting by OS versions that some sources have. I never specifically looked for this tho, so maybe its possible on some sources and Im just not aware of it? Anyone?
We can target OS or device, but not both together.
@anindya and @matuloo ...If you are specifically talking about mobile traffic sources ....Airpush offers targeting by device version, but airpush is quite expensive for newbeez.
